We are getting ready for a soft launch—we are almost there. We have corrected the “dots per inch,” i.e., dpi, issue by purchasing the Pro version of Adobe Acrobat. The PDF printer native to Word only outputs a maximum of 200 dpi. IngramSpark requires a minimum of 300 dpi. The Pro version is necessary to boost to this higher resolution.
